As of the close of business on July 29, 2025, all outstanding Class B shares of Davis New York Venture Fund will be converted to Class A shares of Davis New York Venture Fund, and all existing Davis New York Venture Class B shares will be closed.
As the conversion is a dollar for dollar conversion, shareholders may receive fewer Class A shares or more Class A shares due to the difference in the NAV of the two share classes.
Any contingent deferred sales charge (“CDSC”) that would otherwise apply as a result of the early conversion will be waived. Please note, however, that any redemption of Class B shares not associated with the Conversion will be subject to any applicable CDSCs.
The conversion is not considered a taxable event for shareholders. No action is required from shareholders in relation to the conversion.
